Pricing

Moisture removal or Defogging:

• The minimum charge is $66 for a single window. This covers windows up to 8 square feet.
• 10% discount if you are defogging more than 10 windows
• 20% discount if you are defogging more than 20 windows
• For multiple windows in close proximity, the minimum charge is $40 per window.
• For windows larger than 8 square feet the price is $8.80 per square foot.

Window replacement:

• Pricing depends on type of window (Vynil, aluminium, wood); location (easy access, ladder work); and size.
• The minimum charge for one single window of average size (up to 8 sq.ft.) is $130.
• If you are are changing 10 or more windows, the charge can drop to $90 per window
